Log Files

5. Retention
- Resumes / job applications: retained for up to 12 months by default. If you opt in for future roles, we may retain CVs for up to 24 months.
- Business enquiries: retained for up to 12 months.
- Consent logs & minimal audit trail: retained for at least the period required by law (kept separately and securely).
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, logging, and secure hosting. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
7. Data Breach
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting personal data, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law without undue delay and provide information on remedial measures taken.
8. Minors
We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18. If you are under 18, do not submit personal information without parental/guardian consent.
